  • Coordination Packages

    We are proud to offer a few levels of packages for your event needs! We have gone to great lengths to create packages that most commonly work for our clients. Each package is created to fit your specific needs and can be adjusted to accommodate your budget and vision After all, we do have 25 years of experience of allowing for our clients to "Be a Guest at your own Party"

    Glitter Coordination Package

    Less than 100 guests


    The Glitter package includes 3 hours of pre-planning, assisting with booking vendors, venue communications, timeline, lay out, review vendor services and vendor contracts and 10 hours on day of coordination for a total of 13 hours.

    Dazzle Coordination Package

    About 150 guests

    The Dazzle Package includes 5 hours of pre planning, assisting with booking vendors, venue communications, timeline, layout, review vendor services and contracts and 12 hours of day of coordination.

    The Dazzle package also includes one of our experienced assistants to be at your side for for a smooth experience for everyone.

    The Dazzle package also includes a complimentary pre-ceremony Welcome Splash as we welcome your guests.

    Sparkle Coordination Package

    About 200 guests

    The Sparkle Package includes 8 hours of pre-planning, assistance and management of booking vendors, venue communications, your timeline, layout, review of vendor services, contracts with all vendors and 15 hours of day of coordination for a total of 23 hours. All additional time will be added accordingly.

    The Sparkle Package also includes one of our experienced assistants to be at your side for for a smooth experience for everyone.
    The Sparkle package also includes a complimentary pre-ceremony Welcome Splash as we welcome your guests.

    Rentals

    Order Management and Planning including design of entire space and head count and a mock table setting appointment

    2 complimentary revisions as event nears

    Ice and Water Services

    Ice and Water ordering and management including recipient info and communication, storage upon delivery management, amount management and set up of Ice & Water at event

  • A la Cart Services

    All CCPH Staff are Food Handler certified and RBS certified if of age, and trained to serve safely, properly and with a friendly attitude

    Wait Staff Service

    Table & Chair Set Up

    Kitchen & Plating Assistance

    Serving with 5 styles to choose from

    Clearing & Clean Up including dishes and trash

    Minimum of 1 server for every 15-20 guests.

    Full Bartending

    Free 15 minute consultation

    Signature and/or custom cocktails

    Bar Kit for bartenders use with openers, paring knives, cutting boards etc

    You provide liquor, wine, beer

    Add ons: Mixers, Garnish, Ice, Bar-ware. Galvanized Tubs and Signage available upon availability

    One hour bar prep time and 30-60 minute breakdown.

    Beer & Wine Bartending

    You provide beer & wine

    Free 15 minute Consultation

    1 bartender for every 75 guests.

    1 hour bar prep time and 30-60 min breakdown

    Kitchen Assistance

    Assistance to the chef or caterer with plating, rimming, garnishing and executing meals

  • Private Chef Experiences

    Our Private Chef Packages both come with a calcuted grocery list built to fit your head count and our staffs meals. Consultations shall determine what cookware will be provided by guests or CCPH

    Gourmet Chef Package

    Private Chef to your home or chosen location

    Free Consultation of desired food choices including allergies or dietary restrictions

    Your Chef will provide a delicious menu and a detailed gourmet shopping list for you to purchase

    1 complimentary wait staff to assist with table & chair service, table settings, clearing and clean up including dishes ind trash.

    Rented tables, chairs & table settings add ons available upon request

    For 15 guests or more guests, additional staffing will be added

    Table scape recommendations, birthday cakes, wines and more things can be added at no additional cost

    Michelin Chef Package

    Private Chef o your home or chosen location

    6 minimum guests recommended

    Free Consultation of your desired menu any allergies or dietary restrictions

    Your chef will provide a delicious menu and CCPH will provide and bring all groceries

    1 complimentary staff to assist in the kitchen, set the table, serve and clean up.

    For 15 guests or more, additional staffing will be added

    Rented tables, chairs & tables add ons available upon request

    Florals, table scape recommendations, birthday cakes and wine pairing recommendations available at no extra cost.
