what we do
Central Coast Party Helpers was founded by Brigitte Faulkner in 2000. We are almost 25 years in and we love what we do! We are one of the original companies in Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, and Monterey counties to create mobile staffing and clean up for events. We have a great amount of experience in planning and coordination of events, most commonly weddings, but we also plan corporate events, private dinner parties, bridal and baby showers, and a number of other types of events. The floor is yours, really! You tell us the dream event whatever it is, and we will make it happen. What makes us unique is that we plan & coordinate but we also have in house wait staff, full bartenders, and more. You will rarely find a company that has it all like we do! Using one company for all of the big elements of your big day is key for keeping your event organized and drama free so that you can “Be a guest at your own Party"
How does it work?
When you reach out to us, we set up time to talk with you and get to know all about your vision. We then prepare a package or Ál a cart quote for you. Once you sign on with us, we work with you to get all of your needs met in order to create a perfect day that you will remember always!
How we work with you to achieve your Dream Day
Different needs and timelines will determine the details of how we work! In general, we usually begin by putting together the 5 big things: Your timeline, floor map and layout, your rental order, your desired menu and a list of other vendors involved if any, if your event is months out, you may not know some of these things and that is okay! It will come together with time. If your event needs are small and close to the time of booking, we customize and simplify the process. As the big day approaches, we increase communication with you and dwindle down on details. On event day, we are 100% committed to you and the event we’ve created together so that you are covered and can enjoy!

Brigitte’s love for event planning shines through her work and her attention to detail. I have worked with Central Coast Party Helpers for about 2 years, I take care to handle all the details to see your dream event come true. I have 15 years of industry experience and with your interests in mind, my goal is to bring joy to each client!
Special events are an opportunity to celebrate the moments that mark a cherished time in your life. It is a time to laugh with friends and family, to cry at the start of a new beginning, and to reminisce on moments past.
I love special moments like the first time a groom sees his bride walking down the aisle or a mother sees her daughter in her wedding dress or a father proudly walking his little girl down the aisle.

Hello my name is Michelle Ortiz. I have been coordinating Corporate and Wedding events for over 20 years. I became a certified Wedding Coordinator 15 years ago. I love taking my clients inspirations and making them reality on their special day. It’s about the moments that become memories of a lifetime to the Bride, Groom and all their guests.I am also an officiant! Please ask us about this service when inquiring with CCPH!
I have been married to my husband John Ortiz for 15 years and we have 2 four legged children still at home. We are both officiants. My husband has been a DJ for over 40 years and owns Music Makers DJ Service.
In my free time I love gardening. Playing in the dirt and creating beautiful blooms bringing me peace and happiness!

Emily is a recent graduate at Cal Poly in the hospitality industry. Emily is headed toward a bright future in event planning and hospitality. Emily has will, positive energy, and has quickly become essential to CCPH with attention to writing Press Releases to assisting the company in site checks, communicating with brides, party hosts, chefs and caterers, email marketing, social media work and more!

Roxy is the organizer of the office, an essential part of an active business like ours! Roxy helps staff, schedule, and manage a lot of details behind the scenes.
Roxy also began managing all media for CCPH this year! Roxy does posting, communications, PR Management, Canva graphics, and much more!
