    Owned and operated by Brigitte Faulkner, who has been a pillar in the event and bridal community for over 25 years. Brigitte is the ultimate connector for all of your big day needs, whether you envision a swanky black-tie event or if you simply see yourself barefoot in the sand.

    Brigitte’s love for event planning shines through her work and her attention to detail. She understands the magical moments that you hope to create on your special day, and she’s made it her life’s work to see that vision come to life. As an owner of the company, you'll find Brigitte fully immersed in each event doing anything from supporting her vendors and directing her staff, to washing the dishes and even taking out the trash.

    Hello my name is Michelle Ortiz. I have been coordinating Corporate and Wedding events for over 20 years. I became a certified Wedding Coordinator 15 years ago. I love taking my clients inspirations and making them reality on their special day. It’s about the moments that become memories of a lifetime to the Bride, Groom and all their guests.

    I have been married to my husband John Ortiz for 15 years and we have 2 four legged children still at home. We are both officiants. My husband has been a DJ for over 40 years and owns Music Makers DJ Service.

    In my free time I love gardening. Playing in the dirt and creating beautiful blooms bringing me peace and happiness!

    I have worked with Central Coast Party Helpers for about 2 years, I take care to handle all the details to see your dream event come true. I have 15 years of industry experience and with your interests in mind, my goal is to bring joy to each client!

    Special events are an opportunity to celebrate the moments that mark a cherished time in your life. It is a time to laugh with friends and family, to cry at the start of a new beginning, and to reminisce on moments past.

    I love special moments like the first time a groom sees his bride walking down the aisle or a mother sees her daughter in her wedding dress or a father proudly walking his little girl down the aisle.

    I am ready to create the same experience for your wedding or special event!

  • Coordinator

    Chloe is an Orange County native with a passion for event design and planning. She comes from a background of planning/ coordinating large scale corporate events and weddings.

    After designing and planning a Santa Barbara wedding and outsourcing the coordination to CCPH, she realized how wonderful the possibility of a partnership would be, and joined the team in May of 2023.

    Chloe is a plant based, Cat Mommy, who married her High School sweetheart in 2021. She loves all things nature, art, fashion, and design. She is personable, has immense attention to detail, and loves helping turn her clients dreams turn to reality.

    Gary is one of our lead bartenders! His bartending services span from LA to Monterey. Feel free to request Gary for your next event for quality made cocktails as well as easy wine and beer pours.

  • Bar Manager

    With 14+ years of MC and Auctioneer experience, William created a lucrative career in fund raising galas and events throughout southern California and across the US. Over the span of his auction career, he helped to raise tens of millions in funds for non-profit organizations such as JDRF, Surfrider, American Cancer Society, as well as Boys & Girl's Clubs and countless private schools. Having enjoyed a fair amount of success as a youth, William came across the pond to play soccer at collegiate level. While at UCSB, he fell in love with the Central Coast and the SLO lifestyle. William is a father of 2, avid snowboarder and still plays soccer regularly in local adult leagues. With experience behind the bar dating back to his youth, William cut his teeth in the industry throughout various stages of his life. He has recently rekindled his love for mixology and the pursuit of creating both elegant and elevated cocktails.

We have long standing relationships with many chefs across California on deck for events large and small. We most often pair with Chef Michele Auriemma of Bella Via Foods and Chef Andrei Kibrik of I Love To Cater. We also have a working relationship with Chef Candice of Club Sup Sup. Both of these seasoned chefs bring an element of surprise to every dish they plate. Both from very different backgrounds, but showcase a similar and unwavering love for what they do.

  • Chef Michele (Michael) Auriemma was born and raised in Naples, Italy, where he came up through the family business. A gastronomy chemist, Michele is the product of a long family tradition of chefs and food chemists. His grandfather started the first Bella Via foods back in 1926!

    Michele graduated with his chef's degree, and set forth to foster his love for the Italian and Mediterranean diet.

    Chef Michele is predominantly a private chef and caterer. He also holds seminars, where he speaks on the Mediterranean diet at Cuesta College here in Paso Robles.

    He also owns Bella Via Travel & Food (www.BellaViaTravelsItaly.com), where he's able to educate clients more on this topic as well as curate and guide them on their perfect tour of Italy! It is his hope that experiencing the food and culture first hand, on it's natural soil, that you are able to absorb the experience in the most authentic way.

    Michele's vision is to showcase the art of the Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, their gorgeous wines and the unforgettable landscape directly from the source and in it's purest form.

  • Chef Andrei Kibrik, Executive Chef and owner of I Love To Cater. Andrei has been a chef for 7 years. Born and raised in Moscow, Russia, he absolutely never dreamed of becoming a chef. He initially spent 23 years as a corporate buyer. Along the way he developed a deep passion for cooking and made the decision to change his career.

    He left his corporate job and enrolled in cooking school full time, he supported himself by simultaneously working at two different restaurants. Graduating with honors, Chef Andrei accepted an apprenticeship in South France working for a two-starred Michelin Chef.

    Upon returning back to the states, Andrei worked as a private chef in Southern California. He soon accepted a Chef position in Central California at a small bar/restaurant. However, by December 2021, Chef Andrei decided to open his own catering company, to bring his love and passion for cooking to the Central Coast.

    Chef Andrei is well known for his love of Italian and French cuisines, largely focused on handmade pastas and pizza. His attention to detail is unparalleled and his impeccable customer service is unrivaled.
