CCPH started out in the catering industry, we are well versed in the needs of catering help. Our kitchen/wait staff are all certified licensed to assist you and serve the food professionally. Our training goes beyond having a Food Handlers Certification. Our employees are trained and tested by CCPH to ensure a safe and consistent pro experience to any caterer needing assistance with kitchen set up, food prep, serving, clearing and cleaning. CCPH carries full coverage insurance work-mans comp and liability insurance or COIs that can be provided to any venue at any time, this creates a static free experience for caterers that hire us since they can just hire us and move on to create their craft meals knowing help is there with a smile. It is imperative as a caterer or small or large events that a chef can focus on the food with out worry of how the food will be presented and served to guests. Additionally, as a caterer, we know it is a lot of work. You need people to help prep and clean that you can trust to do the job right ensuring YOU a good review and repeat bookings from your clients. I'm writing this review two days after having successfully pulling off the BEST "Big Birthday" party ever - thanks to Brigitte and her team at Central Coast Party Helpers. After several weeks of firming up my concept of how I wanted my party to look, on the day of the party, I was so relieved to have Brigitte and crew appear right on time and whirl into action. They quickly and beautifully set up the tables, buffet, drinks, and party ambience well in advance of my guests' arrival. The party went off without a hitch, and I felt free from having to monitor how things were going.

I used CCPH to host a surprise dinner at a bachelorette party with a personal chef and server. They arrived on time, cleaned up the space before and after, made the most amazing meal and left the kitchen spotless! It was such a cool experience and Brigitte was so responsive.
