Quite possibly the sweetest trend ever for 2024❤️

Okay, seriously? I mean Flower Grannies are the sweetest trend ever this year and we could not be more happy about this. At CCPH, ask any of our brides about us bringing up Grandparents and where will the grandparents go?

Why you ask?

Well, let’s start with a little story…

Once upon a time, I, Brigitte got married, long before I had my event planning business. Like most brides, I was taken away with happiness and excitement as I made my lifelong commitment to my husband. In all of the fun, when the crowd went to throw birdseed at us( it was the 80s😁), my Maid of Honor looked over at me and said, Brigitte! Your grandma is standing alone with her little sack of birdseed and she doesn’t know what to do! It broke my heart, to be honest, but we got her through it!

So, this Flower Grannie trend means so incredibly much to me as it’s a way to include our grandmas in our special day. Truly, little girls are so sweet, too, but grandmas are equally adorable and may be a little bit more ruley.. hee hee hee….

The idea is that Grandma walks down the aisle in place of, or in addition to flower girls! They can wear a pretty dress, toss petals, make all the guests cry with joy, and enjoy being a part of your big day! I wish this trend had been around in 1989 for my wedding! Grandparents are such special assets to our lives, what a fun and beautiful way this is to honor them!
