This Privacy Policy describes how Central Coast Party Helpers (“we” or “us”) treats and protects the information we collect about you. By interacting with us through email, form submission, purchasing or procuring one of our services, or browsing our website, you consent to these practices. For instance, we collect client information when you submit an inquiry for services, when you call or email us with an inquiry or question, when you complete our worksheet listing the events and schedule of your wedding day, or when you purchase any of our services online. We get information about you from third parties, including referral services such as ThumbTack, WeddingWire, Central Coast Bride, Yelp, and other vendors who make recommendations of service provider and help you submit an inquiry for services. Social media platforms may give us information about you.
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Client Information.

This personal data gives us details about the events you are asking us to cover, or events that you have us booked for. We use phone numbers, email addresses, and social media information provided to communicate with you and with the participants and vendors of your events, and to connect and tag those participants and vendors in our online and/or print marketing.
The Device Information that we collect helps us improve and optimize our website (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the website, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
Sharing Your Personal Information: We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. When you voluntarily submit or post to us on the website, we will maintain your Client Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
