Event and Party Planning and Staffing Pricing
Having the proper serving and bartending staff is imperative for a successful and enjoyable event. After all, you’re having this event for your family and friends, business associates, and wedding guests, right? Wouldn’t you like to be a guest at your own party,? What would that be like? Always having your guest’s drinks replenished, food served to them and their dish cleared before the flies get to it? Especially for the boss, the bridal party or heaven forbid, Grandma!
We provide serving staff, kitchen help, mobile bartending, chefs, barware ice, etc.
We can also provide a coordinator, the rentals and caterer.
Depending on the level of service you want your guests to receive, we generally recommend 1 server for every 10-15 guests. After all, you want your guests to remember having a good time and you’ll be the talk of the town right?
Your Central Coast Party Helpersg> will arrive early enough to set up the tables, chairs, linens, plates, flatware, drinkware, decorations, ice down the bar etc. This can take 2-3 hours depending on what needs to be done. In other words, we do everything so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

|Buffet or Family Style Service:||One (1) server for every 15-20 guests|
|Sit Down Table Side Service:||One (1) server for every 8-10 guests|
|Tray Passing:||One (1) server for every 15-20 guests|
|French Service:||Two (2) servers for every 8-10 guests|
|Bartending:||One (1) Bartender for every 75 guests*|
|* If your guest count is over 250, we recommend two separate bars set up at different parts of the venue with two (2) bartenders at each bar -- although this also depends on what they will be making, i.e.: beer, wine, mixed cocktails, weather the beer is in bottles or kegs makes a difference too.|
